Hey smart guy/gal. Rouzer already rightfully lost. He designed this District to rip apart Wilmington, distribute minority voices, and add his home county and take away McIntyre's and he STILL lost. Oh yeah- don't forget about the $1 million more outside groups wasted on Rouzer over McIntyre. The people have spoken. GOP and outside special interests determined to only care about party affiliation- that's not how we do things here. Waste your money elsewhere!
