Read my comment again. I think you missed the whole point. I do wear my seatbelt almost all the time. I worked in an auto body shop long enough and replaced enough windshields with head-holes in them to make a believer out of me. My point is people should be free to choose for themselves whether or not they want to wear a seat belt. The law should not take their choice away. And no, I will drive and ride in a vehicle any time I choose with or without a seat belt. If I get caught, so be it.
