Yea dude, that's why the officer in question got in trouble and the charges against the dude were dropped like a hot potato. Even if this had gone to court, the charges would have been dismissed quicker than you can shout,"WOLVERINES!" You can blame it on the lawyers, but you really have to blame it on the constitution of AMERICA
