wow what about the teacher aides....they get nothing!!!! Everyone keeps saying what about the teachers. What people need to realize is that TA's also teach, we just don't get paid very well or get personal leave days etc. like the certified teacher does. SHAME ON YOU BOARD OF EDUCATION......LOOK AT WHO REALLY TEACHES THE CHILDREN. Compensate the teachers but don't forget the TA's
