Not true twice.
(1) It is blatently disrespectful to Christians to refer to the tree as a "holiday" tree.
(2 "The National Christmas Tree is a large evergreen tree located in the northeast quadrant of the The Ellipse near the White House in Washington, D.C. Each year since 1923, the tree has been decorated as a Christmas tree." If it's been OK to have the National "Christmas" Tree on the lawn of the White House for the last 89 years, I would guess the law's just fine the way it is. Wilmington's not adhering to the law, it's redefining it.
