I payoff my debts & my family. I than ask them to work for me by doing jobs for me by the businesses I buy. And when I buy businesses I buy start by making sure everyone gets a job with benefits. Whether they have disabilities. I will try to get as much as I can getting anyone who willing to work back into working.
