How much of a threat?

Maybe his drugs killed somebody we don't know about.
Felon with a gun...come on.
Now stabbing someone(allegedly) I say that's a pretty big threat.

Overweight....?

Maybe being overweight is way out of character, but the other charges show how he has built himself into a threat.

Flatten his tires, put a parking boot on his rims, and tow him to the nearest go to jail, do not pass go block.
