I know the story well, knew the both of them, and even did a report on it for school. It's amazing how the tox-report for the women was never released to the public. It is a tragedy that this young women lost her life, no doubt! But the young man is a father and is expecting a child next year. He lost his leg and has severe permanent damage to all of his body parts that are needed in everyday life. She crossed over, he couldn't react in time. He has alcohol in his system yes, but no one should cast judgement unless they have researched ALL the facts and police reports. She has substances in hers as well. They're public record, check facts. "Rot" in prison, is a pathetic thing to say. My heart goes out to BOTH families. They both morn a loss!
