I am glad that the Brunswick County Courts and the DA's office brought this man to justice. Anyone who kills another while under the influence of alcohol or drugs should be punished severly.
A family is devastated, children will grow up without their mother, and her parents and family are suffering terribly. I know this first hand... my daughter Stephanie was killed on Highway 211 the same month as Mrs. Harris. We will face the man who killed our daughter
in early 2013 at his trial. I pray that juries continue to send a strong message....
