Unequal

It looks like the ACLU is saying while it is illegal for a teacher to bully students, and say hurtful things about them online, it is ok for students to say anything they want about teachers, true or not. I wonder why it is ok for a student to bully a teacher? Children will lie because they are made to do what they are told. They will say anything to deflect the problem away from themselves. Teachers do not have to take crap off a student just because they are children. State law already says a teacher can use reasonable force to defend themselves, protect a student from another student, or to keep them from destroying property. I work in another county in NC, and I do not put up with any crap from a student, and I would encourage any and all teachers to use this law if they find a student posting things about them online.
