This seems reasonable: Hold companies to a very high standard as to not employ undocumented immigrants...but fine them if they over reach in an effort to comply...without any real Federal assistance in determining who is and who is not a legitimate immigrant.
For crying out loud, could we be any more schizophrenic in our immigration policies?!!!
