I work with Rogers and none of us are proud of his decisions however we do stand by him during this time. He has stated to all of us that he is sorry for his actions and there are no excuses but he is facing the consequences. What's really sad is that his father just passed away and he is also dealing with that at this time. Prayers to the family!
