I didn't see that part mentioned. Texting while stree racing would be down right idiotic.
Texting or not, I don't see how engaging in illegal racing on a public street at speeds that I think were being reported as being possibly over 100 miles an hour should be a misdemeanor offense.
Was he texting while driving?
