He is more than a phone operator. His employment requires a great deal of training and multiple certifications. He certainly knows the deadly impact this type of behavior can result in. However, his place of employment should not be the issue, his ignorance should be the issue. He should be required to ride on EMS vehicles and see the death and destruction this behavior causes. He should be required to accompany Law Enforcement Officers to notify parents of the death of their child and how that forever changes lives. He should get down on his knees and thank God he was given another chance in life and that he did not have to walk up to that vehicle and see his race opponent with his brain matter spread everywhere!!
