You know, before you go making comments like that, maybe you should first do your homework. This incident was caused by a BROKEN NATURAL GAS LINE. Your comments about COW and NHC have absolutely NOTHING to do with this incidents since the neither the COW nor NHC install NATURAL GAS lines. Now, if this was a water line, that may be a different story. Of course today you would be talking about the CFPUA, since the COW and NHC water systems were brought under its authority. Next time, try not to show how uneducated you are by posting such anti-government rhetoric.
