Just another waste of taxpayer money and another way for the state and court system to generate revenue, the biggest deterrent to traffic violations would be for the entire police force to drive fully marked cars and all officers to wear a full uniform, rather than suvs, pickup trucks, and the likes, better to prevent lawbreaking than to sneak around and try to catch people, an ounce of prevention goes a long way towards public safety.
