PLEASE get yourself into Raliegh to the North Carolina legislature, On Feb 12th, to put these "Bills" onto the Calender... HB 577 and/or HB 344, It's way past time to "De-criminalize" and allow "SAFE access", (for people over 21), taking the TAX Monies from the "Cartel's", Tax it like Beer & Liquor, Giving Monies to NC's General fund for education, treatment et al..INSTEAD of Putting people in PRISON, costing taxpayers Monies, While destroying peoples lives with outdated/backwards Law(s).
