I agree with you 100%. However, NC will be the 50th state to legalize 420 and will do so kicking and screaming like a baby. Way too much money would be lost in fines, court costs, lawyer fees, and confiscated property. But, it will remain perfectly legal to destroy yourself with alcohol and tobacco. NC is still in the 17th century with little hope of moving forward any time soon.
