The coast has never been planned or developed as a "jobs" mecca. Everyone in the entire state has known for decades if you want a real job, move to Raleigh or Charlotte. Vog, Why don't you form a brownfields task group for redeveloping our polluted building sites and campaign for grant funds to support clean up of those for when companies look for development sites, these will be EPA approved and ready to build?
