There are times when one would do well to engage brain before they engage mouth, the article we are reading says the driver passed a school bus in a passing zone and it says the bus was NOT STOPPED!, meaning it was not illegal to pass the bus, next thing the article says was it was "6:00 a.m.", that would mean it was still dark, which would also mean it would be impossible to see a pedestrian walking on the road unless said victim had a light or reflective clothing, both of which I highly doubt, turning this into a very sad and tragic accident without any monday morning quarter backing, the driver will carry a lot of weight on their concious for the rest of their life.
