I looked at that house

I'm pretty sure that is the same house My wife and I looked at about 18 months ago. Cosmetically the work on the house wasn't very good and the paint sloppy IMO. How did they buy that house without an inspection? Banks won't give you a dime on a historic home without an inspection. $600K? It was about $550K when I looked at it.
