he was under the care of a psychiatrist or psychologist. he told this person he was angry and wanted to kill. he bought a firearm "legally" because he had virtually no record. the mental health care provder didn't report this to the courts/legal system because of some absurd rule keeping society in the dark about these people. MAKE IT A LAW THAT MENTAL HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS REPORT THESE PEOPLE TO THE COURT SYSTEM SO THAT THEY MAY BE FLAGGED & NOT ALLOWED TO PURCHASE FIREARMS!
