There are times when replacement is far more cost effective than maintaining - this may be the case here.
CP is old as is Blair but not as old as Winter Park.
It's way too easy to just say they need to take care of what they've got before they ask for money. Clearly the schools are over crowded and Porter's Neck is a growing area.
But these new schools will just add to the problems we face with schools and that is we're trying to be too many things to too many people.

All schools should go back to the original schedule (but extend that schedule) then we an take a look at neighborhood schools - but - I have a healthy degree of skepticism for that because I feel it's just a polite say to say "we wish to segregate our schools" again.
