Not You...you really are clueless as to how this works, aren't you? The New Hanover County Commissioners determine which commissioners sit on the various boards. Since Jason Thompson and Rick Catlin have recently departed the CFPUA Board, the Commissioners have named Berger...and will soon name someone else.
