Yes, I would definitely agree with insurer's raising deductibles for the city or county but, I'm sure there were several ways this situation could have been handled but it apparently it wasn't. I applaud Ms. McNeil for a job well done. Basically she was concerned about her employees not having been paid during an emergency and then to fire her in retaliation was wrong, this women was doing her job so why not fire the a** hole who fired her because evidence proved who was in the wrong that's why she was awarded 120,000. It would take a smart a** to say never hire her for the city or county again like really why are u mad????? It's not like she did it for the money dumb a** , she was WRONGFULLY FIRED!!!!!!
