It's too bad there'll be more corporately owned chain stores coming to take business away from local, unique shops downtown, but completely understandable. Shoppers want to feel safe and have access to parking, which increasingly is not available in the downtown business district. The city has really lost it's chance to revitalize downtown Wilmington and now it's just too late.
Less unique, but safe
