Swift execution. Each individual is allowed one appeal. After their appeal, they're taken out back and shot. No fan fare. No media attention. Nothing. Just a .22rd to the head, similar to the method used to put down hogs and cattle in years past. Sadly, NC is too chicken shit to actually follow through with the death penalty.
