This article contains misinformation! The FDA is not trying to regulate tobacco so they can keep it from kids, they are trying to regulate tobacco so that they can regulate tar and nicotine levels in cigarettes and the federal government is trying to get their hands on more power! This legislation would only hurt RJ Reynolds and every tobacco company besides Richmond, VA based Phillip Morris. The FDA has more important things to worry about anyways...everyone knows smoking kills.
