WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) -- WWAY is proud to be the presenting sponsor of the 2012 Leon Brogden Holiday Basketball Tournament. We've posted first round matchups below. All games will be played on the campus of UNC Wilmington.

Boys - First Round Games on December 27:

Laney vs. Hoke County, Hanover Hall at 2:30pm

New Hanover vs. North Myrtle Beach, Trask Coliseum at 4:30pm

Ashley vs. Ashbrook, Hanover Hall at 5:30pm

Hoggard vs. Frederick Douglass, Trask Coliseum at 7:30pm

Girls - First Round Games on December 27:

New Hanover vs. Havelock, Trask Coliseum at 3pm

Laney vs. Conway, Hanover Hall at 4pm

Hoggard vs. Ravenscroft, Trask Coliseum at 6pm

Ashley vs. Socastee, Hanover Hall at 7pm

Each team will play three consecutive days. The tournament wraps up on Saturday night.

Action starts on Thursday, December 27. This will be the first year for the new format which has both the boys and girls basketball games being played at UNCW’s Trask Coliseum and Hanover Hall.
