This is absolutely unbelievable. I have lived in Wilmington all of my life. I remember the havoc they caused in this town. It was a terrible time. Violence, shootings, curfews and fear among our citizens. To be pardoned is a joke. In my opinion, they should be locked up for the rest of their lives. Cold blooded criminals. I am sure our SORRY Governor will probably grant their pardon just as she walks out the door. What an embarrassment for our State. I guess the lesson that will be learned here is that all thug criminals will ask for a pardon and then the state will write them a big fat check.
