If Mike Easley, a trained Prosecutor, would not issue a pardon, how would Smiley, an untrained Governor know better?

Well, we should have seen this coming. She hosed up every other facet of government which she touched. Now she's hosed up the Judicial system in issuing this pardon.

What's her final day going to be like? Issue pardons for every one on death row or serving life terms?

She really needs to be in DC.
