give credit where credit is due...the President isn't spending a DIME...those decisions were made by CONGRESS. Now, he is being a hard headed ARSE...but the houses of Congress did this deal. 40 bucks in taxes to every DOLLAR cut...is a SLAP IN THE FACE to those of us paying the bills!
