It appears as though the more things change the more they stay the same as Gov McCrory has appointed a guy to head DEHNR that has SERIOUS conflicts of interest since his company has already accepted $4M in state money.
We need to research this more but the guy is John Skvarla and apparently his company is now assured MORE state contracts.

I make no accusations as I have not researched this but it seems like "business as usual" for NC politics but because McCroy's a Republican it's "OK". ........
