Does this mean we will have to post a cop at every soccer game, movie, swim meet, or any other event, where a large number of children gather ? This is a huge waste of money.
In a rare,"Active Shooter" event, which seems to happen every other year, it seems like, the only real, logical defense, is to allow as many responsible, law-abiding citizens, to have Concealed Carry Permits.
To waste tens of thousands in the county, is to waste millions, in the state, and billions, throughout the country. Though the horrible shooting in Conn was tragic, more people are murdered just in the Washington / Baltimore area, every 15 days.
