One mentally unstable 20-year-old living in Connecticut, encouraged by his Mother to shoot guns as a recreation, arbitrarily chooses an elementary school for a mass murder shoot-out. So now elementary schools in North Carolina require armed deputy patrol at a large cost to taxpayers.
Is this just an emotional response? Does it provide any kind of needed or effective security?
Several other good points that have come under discussion since this tragedy:
(1) our youth are saturated with extreme violence on a daily basis by the world of entertainment (2) the majority of mass murder shoot-outs occur in gun free zones...
