This is best described as collusion. These universities are getting together and manipulating the system across the board. Reduce the number of instate, forcing the majority to search out of state. Its a "win-win" for these universities/colleges, and a definite losing situation for potential students. How many will now not be able to continue their education? This is shameful.
Economy is down, cost of attending is climbing, student debt is skyrocketing, loans are being tightened, all that is left is that a "privileged few" will be attending higher education, and the masses will be pushed out.
