Both your comments are plain stupid, and you speaking to a Asst DA and they making that comment I doubt it!!!!!! These 2 persons BROKE THE LAW. They were trespassing! The property owner has had several people going on his property without permissions. So let’s focus on the real issue. The ones shot were BREAKING THE LAW! Period... anything that happened to them was brought on by THEM. If they had been law abiding citizens we would not be having this discussion. So this is not about a Retired Trooper, this is about people breaking the law and they paid the piper for doing so. This is what is wrong with the US today. Everyone cries for the bad guy and wants to punish the good guy. So again these people were TRESSPASSING and breaking the law bottom line.
