Why can't we (tax payers) build an adequate number of prisons to keep these thugs in??? I would, GLADLY pay the extra taxes needed to keep these repeat offenders off of MY streets. Good job WPD Officers. I'm glad that you are doing everything possible to keep our city safe. I guess it makes the job easier when you know all of the offenders by name.
