It's pretty evident DSS is not doing a proper job.
Were it, how do you explain the woman who appeared on this station after 2 of her 14 or 15 children were killed? You remember, one of them was identified as a 5 Star General in the drug trade.
Why is it the projects have such a high incidence of crime? And why does the Housing Authority not take steps to stem the crime?
In my neighborhood, we don't have these types of problems. But then in my neighborhood, children are raised with a sense of responsibility and accountability.
