Well, Now that Allegiant Air is pulling out the travelers are going to head (again) to Myrtle Beach to fly to Orlando. I know that if you listen to the news the airport says that bookings are up. But what you really need to look at is how many of those bookings are business travel. The average person isn't paying the higher priced airline ticket their company is.
The average family is going to head south to Myrtle Beach and NOT fly ILM.
ILM can say that this isn't true. BUt think about it why would a famliy of 4 pay an extra $100.00 per ticket
