I may be wrong but Bergers license was suspended when he was arrested, for thirty days no less and is not reinstated until he pays a reinstatement fee of $50.00. He knew or should have known this and his attorney knew this. It is a civil revocation. Berger has been driving around more than just to court appearances without a valid license and He has been for a month. How say you Berger?
