Perhaps he is unaware of WAVE.
Don't underestimate him. For years beyond reason, folks posted and commented on former State Senator Soles. One would have thought there would be much more of an effort to unseat him based on all of those comments. And every election until this past, when he chose to retire, he was re-elected and generally by a wide margin.
Has anyone stepped up to the plate and begun the steps needed to become better known to the voting public and run a succesful campaign when he stands for re-election.
