It is well within a privately owned TV station to refuse to run an ad. If they refuse to refund money already paid then this is a problem but if they don't want to run the ad that is their right.
There is no 1st amendment or 2nd amendment violation going on.
I do not support the current gun control but spouting off about things like this make guns owners look bad.
As much as i dislike the current gun situation
