TWC needs to be sued for breach of contract. When TWC accepted the advertisers money they agreed to air the shows. When they try to change the contractual details they perform a breach of contract.
It's no different than if BestBuy agreed to sell you a TV for $100 and took your money and then decided they didn't want to sell you the tv for $100.
