The congress was created FOR A REASON!!! It was to keep those like his lowness, king O'Bama from screwing up the entire government and taking away the rights WE ARE DUE by keeping them in check. You watch, by the end of this term, he will declare abolishment of the presidential system in favor of something that allows him to remain in power until he dies.
