I am big on being allowed to own guns. I think he needs to be charged. If anything else reckless endangerment. People need to see that even though you are allowed to own guns you cant get away with certain things. This person knew he was bringing this gun to a public event and should have made sure that all his weapons were unloaded. In fact if i am correct it is illegal in NC to transport loaded Rifle and Shotguns in the first place. Even owning a gun you are responsible for that weapon and need to be held accountable for things like this.
