What I mean is it should not be a separate charge. Every driver at some time has crossed the center line for whatever reason, most recently, texting. A driver can be stopped for simply crossing the line when no accident happened. This is why it (crossing center line) should not be a charge within itself. Gives cops just another reason to stop you and invade your privacy.
