This service is exactly what UNCW needs on the weekends. Kids are going to drink regardless if there is a safe ride or not. This service gives them the option to make it back without the risk of killing themselves or others.
Yes, Downtown has bars, what's new? I, along with many other young professionals throughly enjoy Downtowns vibrant night on the weekend. Demonizing the VAST majority of people who enjoy the bars and entertainment without causing trouble is a wrongheaded approach. Would you prefer that Downtown becomes a dead zone past 9:30pm?
