Why isn't the Bladen County

Why isn't the Bladen County Sheriff charging these men with a "Hate Crime" ? If 3 white guys nearly killed a black man, it would be national news, marches, calls for new laws, and everything else.

Where is Jesse Jackson, Spike Lee, and all the other "Diversity Experts" ?
