How come the sheriff's office is not addressing the issue that this man was arrested in the first place? Do they not take into consideration when someone tells them they went to court that day and was told by his attorney his case was continued (a common tactic lawyers in the surrounding counties use to make sure their client pays...just continue and continue the case). Call the attorney and verify it..this is not making any sense.
By the way, the internal investigation results will not be made public.
Who will pay his medical bills? Why did it take so long for jail staff to render assistance? Again, a lot more questions than answers.
